Primary developer of “Active IT” intranet web projects for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). “Active IT” provides for the interactive needs of mission planners, senior managers, and users by providing focused application of web technologies to help smooth high-friction areas of day-to-day workloads. Primary focus had been on development of the “Plan of Actions and Milestones Navigator” (POAM Nav), an enterprise-wide web-based application to speed the maintenance of POAMs and provide statistical views of projects.

Also supported the MDA Testing & Evaluation (MDA/TEP) Planning Center implementing an informational/reference web site and providing general technical computer-related support.

Produced the SPARTA training and informational Security Web site Created web site version of DARPA proposal headed by Dr. William Franklin (SPARTA). Also involved with the development and implementation of SPARTA, Inc. corporate visual identity standards.
