Here, the changes can be seen in the Preview. By hovering over the "i" of the third line in Progress/Accomplishments, the line highlights in yellow. Clicking the "i" would open another browser window and display the Google web site. You can see the additional time span displayed on the timeline (left end of the timeline) that refers to our edited line.
Notes
The folks (there were many) that reviewed this showed great interest in using it--as long as someone else's department paid for it. To make this fly, we absolutely needed to hook it into a web-based database on the MDA intranet. We never got the go-ahead for that.
It's too bad, really. This is an incredibly often used format regularly being regenerated in PowerPoint (which makes for large filed) by hundreds of users. According to testers, we reduced the time required for the weekly POAM updates by 70-80%.
